Yes. Signing up as a Buyer or Vendor is completely free. Vendors can start listing on the Free plan immediately. Paid plans unlock additional features.

How does escrow payment work?

When a buyer makes a payment, the funds are held securely in escrow by Chivendi. The Vendor is notified to begin work. Once the buyer confirms job completion, funds are released to the Vendor. This protects both parties.

What is VendScore?

VendScore is a trust and reputation metric for Vendors. It increases as you verify your identity (email, phone, NIN), complete bookings, and receive positive reviews. A higher VendScore means more visibility and trust.

What languages does VendForge AI support?

VendForge generates content in Pidgin English, Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa, and English — making it the first AI marketing tool built specifically for Nigerian informal economy workers.

How do I withdraw my earnings?

You can request a withdrawal to your verified Nigerian bank account from your dashboard. Minimum withdrawal limits apply. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days.
